Most of you know that I am having trouble with the postal people recently related to my stuff not reaching my customers on time,
One of the sketch’s I recently sent was recvd AFTER 7 DAYS … all crumpled…
My anashray order was damaged and though she ordered a little more (which is quite nice) but i will also have to replace the damaged earrings for them.

I thanked my client on the 6th day for not cribbing about the situation and seeming relaxed. This is the msg I got back – I understand that ensuring the gift reaching the desired recipient is more important for you than it is for me.. so i am sure you would everything and anything as required to ensure timely delivery… so why should I crib?

This put me in a very very happy place for the moment. It feels so great to know that there are people out there who have their heart in the right place. We all crib and moan about how weird the people are out there and then someone like this comes along and it makes bearing the weird 100 easy.
